My Ebay buyer was very pleased with the delivery of the Titan doors. Jesus was very Professional and on time as the driver who made the pick-up. Bryan and the rest of his team made what is normally a frustrating procedure for me as a seller on Ebay, a pleasure. They are #1 on my list to call. Trailer was delivered when promised even though there were issues with the wiring which were not his fault but he fixed and came through. Bryan communicated well. Would definitely do business with him again.

SHIPPER WAS TO DELIVER BOAT & TRAILER ON A CARRIER TRAILER. HE CONFIRMED HE WOULD DO THIS. HE INSTEAD TOWED THE BOAT ON ITS TRAILER. NOT AS ADVERTISED!
HE ALSO TOLD ME THERE WAS NO PAPERWORK AND THAT ALL ITEMS WERE STORED IN THE BOAT. AFTER HE CASHED MY CHECK, HE RETURNED AND GAVE ME THE KEY AND THE TITLE/PAPERWORK HE HAD DENIED HAVING.

-never asked ME if we would trailor or tow, others he did.
-I told him what this service was, and why It was cheaper.
-I explained to him, and my profile does, on how we accept payment.
- I would have told him what I was doing,holding it to cash check,since his check is against our agreement,he never asked for paperwork, he asked for "any additional items",I said "on boat."
-he went for lowest bid, and never even looked at my profile

Price was great and well below the next best price. My vehicle arrived in great shape and the driver was understanding when I was delayed with meeting him upon delivery. Brian was easy to work with even with the few delays and problems that came up. Thanks for the great work!!!
