The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Couple of times the service provider did not show up as agreed. I ended up driving the car myself to its destination after waiting for so long for the provider to shows up. Unfortunately, he finally showed up a day after the car has reached its destination.

Response from soaphippo: this guy apparently has a drug addition because the car was in his driveway, by the way I never agreed to any dates of arrival, only speculated on when he would fit into the schedule. Thats a HUGE difference.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Have tried to communicate with shipper and only had negative results. Was quoted 2 week delivery and it has been close to 5 weeks now and I still haven't recieved my car. E-mailed shipper numerous times and recieved no reply. Finally called and was told I would get a email with the definite shipping date and never got that either. Fuel prices are up but I have been waiting 5 weeks for delivery and that is enough.

Response from soaphippo: The customer is right, he did get moved back many times, although he was warned of that when I told him I would do his hauling at 31 cents a mile. ONLY when I was in his area. actually everytime he called, we talked. I think he must have emailed when I was on the road, but all my emails are auto-signed with all my contact info and he can easily get me through other methods. I have 50 rental houses, my phone is ALWAYS on, and trust me I wish it wasn't.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
What was originally quoted as delivery by mid-april slipped two weeks to delivery my may 1, and i needed the shipment earlier than that. i think the shipper tried to do his best to accomodate.

Brought my boat from KY to OR and it has been a very positive experience. All conditions of the bid were met. Bryan had good communication with me before and during the transport. We had minor timing conflicts that were resovled with both parties being flexible. Thanks so much! If I'm in the market to move anything... Bryan and Uship will be my first choice!
