John kept in touch the entire time through email and updates. He uses a Blackberry just like me, so anytime you need information, he is at the ready. We picked up the two tractors in different locations, but communication kept the process smooth. Provided next day service and John even provided a generous tip. Call me any time. Chris. Chris bid a very reasonable price, and delivered ahead of schedule by almost a full day. Chris is extremly customer focused in all respects, and you can depend on Chris to do what he says. I recommend him without any reservations.

Rating: Neutral Left for: hbtrailerservices (266 ) On: 4/24/2009 For: Sears Tractor	Shipper did not communicate on a regular basis following pick up, leaving me "in the dark". Delivery was 2 weeks after pick up; 1 week was quoted; only 1 communication time during the entire 2 week period promising a delivery that was not met. Shipper was very cordial, offered to not be paid (but I did because it's the right thing to do), and I would be leaving a Positive Feedback if he had just responded to my numerous attempts to contact him (reason stated not good enough to not communicate)
