A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We never came to terms on the June 2010 pickup/delivery dates. I just submitted (last week) a new proposal for quote, accepted one of the many bids that came in and paid/executed the uShip deposit. Am now finalizing shipping arrangements. Would appreciate the 2010 down payment be applied towards this new shipping cost.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Terms of pickup were agreed upon to be between the 14th and 18th of April. Despite several emails and voicemails I still could not get the shipper to nail down a specific day/time. At 7am on the 19th I received a voicemail saying that he had broken down and would be arriving late. I called back and left a voicemail asking for specific day/time for pickup. After no response I was forced to make other shipping arrangements in order to guarantee delivery on-time. I emailed this information to

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Just an honest mistake,, no problems , He called very quickly to let me know and was really nice about it.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This "match" was a last minute effort to pick up the items. Communication with myself and the person with the items was delayed as was my communication with the service provider. No one is at fault. . .just a general scheduling issue. The service provider had made the offer earlier however I did not have an opportunity to check my e-mail until Friday afternoon.
The service provider was courteous and understanding and I would reccomend them.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Dan was very professional and accessible; the bike wasn't ready when he was in the area and we were not able to get together on the reschedule. I would not hesitate to use Dan in the future based on this experience.
