I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I emailede the address provided but have not heard anything. SInce we are on a deadline, if the shipping is unable to be completed we need to seek alternate arrangements

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I accepted the bid on NOV 22, 2007. It is now DEC 26, 2007. I sent several emails to the address listed. I called and left a message. At the time I accepted the bid I stated, "I can pay in full after Dec 7". Was told the service would be performed between Dec 7 and Dec 14.

we talked on the phone and said he was going to withdraw this cansellation and as far as we knew we were to still pick up this week it was listed as flexiable and when we talked he said all was fine this is the first ive heard since we talked he said he could not pay till after the 7th yes we accepted the bid on nov 22 but he said he could not pay till after the 7th we got stuck in snow storm and a ice storm out west and explained the delaay to him and he said all was fine thankyou ken and mike

I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
The person (seller) of the item needing to be shipped is unavalible to be contacted therefore I have no choice to cancel this shipment until I can make contact with the seller and get a firm avaliblility. The shippers have be GREAT you could not ask for better service and kinder people. Thanks and look forward to shipping with you as soon as I know dates.

we were in texas to pick up bet he was unable to get a hold of the seller and there fore he had to cancel and we had to continue on till he can set up something with the seller thank you ken and mike

I got several bids and their bid was the best. Some carriers wouldn't even attempt hauling the antique due to its value. Two ice/snow storms caused a few delays in the delivery, however, you can't fight "Mother Nature" and they stayed in contact with me the entire time. My antique refrigerator arrived in perfect condition and the partners were very friendly and helpful.

Ken and Mike put out 100%. Excellent communication every step of the way. These two guys do the work of ten men. Thanks for an honest deal and safe transport for my bike. Even old man winter can't stop these guys!
Poem: Mike and Ken came driving in, with loaded bike in tow.
Through ice and snow they beat the odds, to make my Christmas glow. I wish them well, for soon they leave, to parts of Texas far.

Ken & Mike were very polite. Great communication. They were very careful with my cabinet, packing with care. Our daughter was extremely pleased with their delivery, they called ahead, were careful entering the home, taking off their shoes(it had snowed and they didn't want to track into the house) We couldn't have been more pleased. Thanks so very much!
