The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
I spoke with service provider numerous times to confirm shipment arrangements & times of pickup. We also discussed the fact that he thought that his bid was for one way. I showed him copies of our e-mails that I specifically asked him if his cost was both ways, and he said yes. I did have 2 other offers of the same $400.00 both ways and I show'd him that also. He told me he would honor his quote. I also spoke to Mr Hill yesterday 2-24-08 and he said everything was fine and he would pick up

Ken is very trustworthy and professional. I trusted him with an expensive car and he delivered as promised. One other point to note, Ken accepted payment from both buyer and seller and was very flexible and honest with the cash.
I would certainly use Ken for future delivery needs.

after I left Wi to Montana and I arrived in montana my wife called and said there was a message on our answering machine at home and said he was cansceling and when I tried to contact the number I recieved it said no longer in service

Ken was great to work with! This is the first time we have used u-ship, or a transport provider, and I am so pleased with Ken's great service! He pulled our trailer many miles, and through winter conditions, staying in contact the entire way. Thank-you, and if ever we need a shipment done again, we won't hesitate to call!

This was my first time using uship.com and I must say I was a little worried about shipping my dog with someone I had never met but Ken was great to work with! He kept in contact with me through out the delivery and my dog arrived in great spirits. I would recommend Ken to anyone who needs to have their precious cargo transported!
