Ken is a great sevice provider, AAArating as far as Iam concerned, the seller was getting frustrated, because she thought the sled would be picked up right away, well Ken had a mechanical breakdown and was getting behind, so to keep her happy he went out of his way to pick up the sled and and hauled it around for 2 weeks before we could meet, Ken is in constant contact with you which is reasurring, if you need a excellant provider use Ken, thanks again for a job well done.

Ken had a lot to deal with. Orders, floods and trying to keep in business with fuel so high. He was very up to date on the delivery and everything went smoothly. I would use again for sure! You would be a fool to use another shipper!

Took a little longer than expected due to service providers mechanical problems.but in the end- items were delivered in good condition,very helpfull in unloading,price was right,would use service provider again.
