Outstanding experience, I'm retired military, moved many times, John was professional and timely, provided everthing promised, shipment arrived on date scheduled with no damage. (saved 400.00 and my time) Working with John was an extremely positive experience, great personality and work ethic. I would highly recommend his services and would without a doubt use him with any future moves. Thanks John it was a pleasure meeting & working with you.

The back and forth by e-mail was very efficient. I only used the basic service (no photos) and felt that I was able to address questions about weight and stacking potential through e-mail. snelheid was able to accommodate my dates, even after I needed to modify them.

Though item was picked up and delivered as promised, I could not reach John for about a week since both his numbers had been disconnected. I finally had to call my customer to ask if had delivered the item. Poor Communication.

John was a nice guy but I am disappointed. He picked up my antique china hutch when he said he was going to, however, he was 10 days late delivering it to my customer. Both his phone numbers had been disconnected and he was not reachable. At one point he contacted my customer saying he had been hospitalized for 2 days (but still he never called me at anytime). Then he said he would show up on two different days with the item and he didn't?? It was all very strange. The piece finaly got delivered

I really can't understand the tel. situation ..Although it was a new number and I had forgotten to change numbers on my profile....I used that phone when I called you to pick the pieces up...The one was del. immediately as promised....Unfortunately as I indicated to the shipper I went to the V.A.Hospital to have something removed which turned into an infection....I was laid up for 4 days...I del. it buffet the client and was extremely happy with the piece...I am sorry things turned out this way.
