Amazingly quick responses and very, very nice people to work with. They even stored our items for a month till my daughter's apartment was available. I will definitely use them again when I have items to ship.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
It has been a month since bid accepted. The provider is having mechanical problems with his truck and is unable to give me definite time frame. I have remained flexible but now need to get my item shipped asap. I have e-mail correspondence to support all that has transpired. Thanks.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Service Provider failed to arrive at upon agreed date and time.He failed to contact me&inform me of the continued unresolved problem he was experiencing and that he will not be able to make the pick-up. He claimed that the problem will be taken care of and that I can expect the moving truck first thing in the morning on the day of our agreement. Yet, after 2 attempts to contact him the morning of my move, I finally speak with him, only to find out that there will be no truck! Very unrealiable!

We had a mechanical breakdown in which cust knew since 7-25 we had a schedule to pu 8-1 to 8-3 spoke w.cust on 7-27,7-30, and on 7-31 she canceled, we still would have pu on 8-2 but customer is completely unreasonable, only understands her wants and times not reality

While the delivery was not delivered when I initially expected due to unforeseen mechanical difficulties with the shipper's vehicle; the shipper made alternative arrangements and my purchase arrived a few days later in great condition. The driver was very nice and professional. I would use them again.
