We used Gail to ship our 18.2 hand Percheron from Columbus, Ohio to St. Louis, Missouri and were very pleased with the service he provided. Gail was easy to work with, very responsive to all of our questions, showed up just prior to the scheduled pick up time, helped load our huge horse, and did everything possible to make him comfortable. Because Gail did not have a full load, he was willing to provide us with a double box to make the ride more comfortable. Gail kept in touch with us during
