After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service provider keep postponing pick up and delivery dates. After numerous emails and phone calls, initial pick up date was scheduled for Monday, June 13tth. After, Friday, June 17th. As of today, service provider stated that only on Friday, June 17th he will tell me if unit will be picked up at all. Please understand I have huge storage fees and can not rely on such information. Therefore I must to cancel this load. Thanks

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Due to delays on shipper end and vehicle breakdowns on hauler end, our required schedule could not be accommodated. Hauler was professional every step of the way & I would not hesitate to contract with him in the future. Great communication & very accommodating. Sorry we won't be able to do business on this trip. Response from smoke698: Ken was very understanding with my truck issue. Not everything can be eliminated with regular maintanence.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved WE HAD A BOAT THAT OUR CUSTOMER REFUSE TO PAY THE BILL ON SO IT MESS UP THE SCHEDULE WITH THE OTHER BOAT. BECAUSE IM LEAVING IT THE TRAILER AND COLLECTING STORAGE ON IT.. Response from smoke698: I hold no Ill will towards Terrel or his company! I will use his service again in the future.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The Service Provider represented his company as the shipper of my boat. In his bid, he stated pickup would be within 7 days of getting the job. After 18 days, the Service Provider still has not picked up the boat. During the process, the Service Provider failed to show up on 3 different agreed upon dates. In addition, The Service Provider gave the job to someone else and could not provide proof of insurance and license credentials. Response from smoke698: I have no dought that Mark is upset.I never told him that I would personally be hauling his boat.I had a team driver's set up to handle this. They quit on me at the last min.I could not set aside my other customers so I outsourced the job.The price never changed,and I was in communication with Mark every day.The driver I contracted to do the job ran into problems that I could not change.We where 36hrs from pick-up when Mark pulled the plug.Out of over 263 boat moves,I got my first bad report.
