They contacted us every step of the way. We received phone calls prior, during and after pick up. They were awesome from beginning to end. I would highly encourage anyone, especially those that are fearful, to trust these guys all the way. SUV arrived in excellent condtion and we couldn't be any happier than to have chosen this company. I was worried about some of their cancellations, but later found out that it was due to mechanical failure on one of their trucks. The movers were exellent. They arrived early AM as discussed & they were right on time. They were very curteous and respectful. The handling of the furniture was terrific and I have absolutely no complaints. I would trust these guys to do your move, as they provided excellent service to me and my family. Thanks Gentleman! A++++++++++++++++++++++++++

As I first time Ushipper, I did not follow his parameters, but he delivered my car anyway, and he went way above and beyond the call of duty to do so. In addition, he kept me in to loop on where he was, and what he was doing, before, during, and I even got a call after. Very polite and very easy to work with. Would recommended him, and endorse him in glowing terms to anybody who needs the service.
