Small Animal Delivery has been a uShip member in good standing since 2005. We are PET SPECIALISTS! Our unique expertise will ensure the safety and comfort of your animals while in transit. Let the car haulers, box movers,and others who don't specialize in animals move those items, and trust your pets with us. Experience with the handling of all types of animals is what we offer. We ONLY move pets, and have safely moved over 7500 pets during this time. Our convenient service is DOOR TO DOOR. We provide the carriers, and all that is needed for the trip. We can take along a box of your pets belongings, your own carrier, or pet bed. You can feel safe sending your pets with the people with experience. We know that your pets are your kids! note: Photos with trucks were taken during our visit to uShip headquarters. For the safety of the animals, we use ONLY climate controlled passenger vans. We never have your pet in a trailer or rear compartment; we NEVER leave your pets unattended!

Wow! This is the best company that I have ever worked with. They really cater to your needs. My dog Tyson was so much trouble. He has never been with any strangers and gave Hope a lot of problems but she was so wonderful with Tyson. She was so caring and tend to him to make him feel comfortable. I called her and Norman almost ever hour to get updates on their location and how Tyson was doing. They are wonderful people who take pride in what they do and do a very good job at it. Rascal was delivered right to my doorstep in good condition. The driver answered his phone every time I called (which was a lot) to answer questions about how my dog was doing. I would definitely use this shipper again! Thanks Norm and Mike!

Good job, picked her up and got her from Nevada to Florida in 5 days. She was well cared for and didn't seem to stressed from the whole process. Communication was fairly good. I was happy with the whole experience.

Michelle (pickup), Norm (owner) and Hope (delivery) were all wonderful. When one of my kitties, Henry, escaped outside (MY fault), Michelle even left with the van to go have lunch and give me a couple hours to find him so he didn't "miss the bus." Unfortunately, he didn't come home till late that night, but when Norm heard about it he called me and volunteered to take Henry on his next trip east at a greatly discounted rate. They were great!!! They got her across the country in less than 5 days, which was amazing. They eased our concerns by calling during the whole trip to keep us updated on progress and how she was doing. We would definitely use them again!!!

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer need my item(s) shipped i cancelled a booked transport, that had not yet been paid, because my plans kept changing on a weekly and sometimes daily basis. The transporter and I had been in contact throughout. He was more than kind and extremely accommodating. Ultimately, I needed to cancel after several postponments. No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The dog was supposed to be picked up yesterday. i have no received any phone calls to confirm, I have had to call the service provider to get an actual time of pick up. Today she was supposed to be picked up in Georgia between Noon and 1pm. I was promised a phone call this morning to confirm a better time. I had to call the provider at Noon to confirm and I was told the driver had to get into a doctor. It has been 4 hours and I am still unable to reach Norman. i cannot get him to return my calls

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time shipper disappeared for a week the day before he was supposed to be in Missouri picking up my puppy. He didnt return any calls or emails until over a week later and he said he had been in a accident and he could go pick it up within the next couple days. I told him that at that point, I had already arranged air shipping. He stated a check for all the uship fees was in the mail to me, since he cost me two listing fees and the deposit.
