I no longer need my item(s) shipped i cancelled a booked transport, that had not yet been paid, because my plans kept changing on a weekly and sometimes daily basis. The transporter and I had been in contact throughout. He was more than kind and extremely accommodating. Ultimately, I needed to cancel after several postponments. This transporter assured me on several occasions that he had no problem with the cancellation and instructed me to also cancel on UShip. Therefore, I am doing as he instructed.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The dog was supposed to be picked up yesterday. i have no received any phone calls to confirm, I have had to call the service provider to get an actual time of pick up. Today she was supposed to be picked up in Georgia between Noon and 1pm. I was promised a phone call this morning to confirm a better time. I had to call the provider at Noon to confirm and I was told the driver had to get into a doctor. It has been 4 hours and I am still unable to reach Norman. i cannot get him to return my calls

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time shipper disappeared for a week the day before he was supposed to be in Missouri picking up my puppy. He didnt return any calls or emails until over a week later and he said he had been in a accident and he could go pick it up within the next couple days. I told him that at that point, I had already arranged air shipping. He stated a check for all the uship fees was in the mail to me, since he cost me two listing fees and the deposit. It has been 2 months and havent had any communication back fro
