Great work! The adopter decided to come pick up himself because the dog was sick. The communication was great and I had no problems to cancel.

Lucky and Bailey were delivered in excellent condition. Was kept informed every step of the way. Michelle and Norm were highly professional and communicative. Would definitely use again. The only bit of concern was the condition of the vehicles (a bit on the older side) but the quality of the service (obvious dog lovers) more than made up for it.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The dog was supposed to be picked up yesterday. i have no received any phone calls to confirm, I have had to call the service provider to get an actual time of pick up. Today she was supposed to be picked up in Georgia between Noon and 1pm. I was promised a phone call this morning to confirm a better time. I had to call the provider at Noon to confirm and I was told the driver had to get into a doctor. It has been 4 hours and I am still unable to reach Norman. i cannot get him to return my calls

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date and time shipper disappeared for a week the day before he was supposed to be in Missouri picking up my puppy. He didnt return any calls or emails until over a week later and he said he had been in a accident and he could go pick it up within the next couple days. I told him that at that point, I had already arranged air shipping. He stated a check for all the uship fees was in the mail to me, since he cost me two listing fees and the deposit. It has been 2 months and havent had any communication back fro
