Scott Lonzinski started a business called Scott Lonzinski Contracting; it was a family owned, family based company. The business started as a DBA in the year 1998. In the year 2002 the name changed to Scott Lonzinski Construction. The staff grew and additional jobs were available to the crew, and the jobs were coming forth by the recommendations the past clients were giving to potential customers. The location of the company also changed. The company moved to give Scott Lonzinski the space and room needed for his larger company, and the more equipment that was needed and purchased. The company is now located in Montrose, Pennsylvania. Scott Lonzinski Construction then became a corporation in 2006 when the company expanded greatly over a short period of time, and it was time for the leap to become a corporation.
