HE DAMAGED MY ITEM AND ASSURED ME HE WOULD COMPENSATE ME FOR THE DAMAGES. THE ITEM WAS A VINTAGE ATC. AFTER SEARCHING NATIONWIDE FOR BACK FENDERS WAS UNABLE GET THEM. I AGREED TO BUY USED ONES AND REFURBISH THEM IN AN ATTEMPT TO RESTORE MY MINT MACHINE. I WAS VERY GENEROUS BY LETTING HIM OFF THE HOOK FOR THE PRICE HE WAS GIVEN. HE AGREED TO MEET WITH ME AND PAY THE DAMAGES. HE THEN LEFT A CHECK FOR HALF THE AMOUNT AND REFUSED TO PAY THE BALANCE. BEWARE!!! Response from slbak: The damage was the result of the fender being cracked prior to shipment. I responded to the letter from this law officers lawyer and heard nothing, he has no claim! I paid him $275.00 as a good faith gesture and received this feedback. You can see by my other feedback that I provide excellent customer service and will continue to despite of this mans attempt to tarnish my reputation. check out his attempt to deal direct by posting phone # in violation of the rules which are meaningless to him!

I have pictures of the damage taken prior to loading. This officer of the law had a lawyer write a letter that I responded to and have heard nothing. Apparently he has no case. I did pay $275.00 as a good faith offer that I did not have to make! BE PREPAREDD TO PAY FOR PREXISTING DAMAGE!! Response from Kevin D.: THIS GUY LIES ABOUT ANY DAMAGE DONE. THERE WAS NONE. INDEED A LETTER WAS SENT IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET HIM TO DO WHATS RIGHT. HE HAS NO PICTURES OF ANY DAMAGE PRIOR TO LOADING. IT WAS NOT MY SISTER IN LAW IN FACT IT WAS ANOTHER OFFICER OF THE LAW WHO WAS STORING IT FOR ME. I CHOSE NOT PURSUE IT FURTHER FOR PERSONAL REASONS, BUT DONT PUSH IT.
