Rating: Cancellation Left for: APMOVINGSERVICES (15 ) On: 4/17/2008 For: b&b italia sofa and ottoman	I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period This really and truely one of the is poorest transaction attempts that i have ever had. there is near complete lack of professionalism, poor communication, and very poor consideration of customer service. i would not recommend this company. if i conducted business in the same way , i would lose my license. hopefully things can get turned around at this operation in the future, if it is still in business. still wish the company well Response from APMOVINGSERVICES: I wish you the best in your relocation of your things.
Rating: Positive Left for: pacemoving (36 ) On: 2/14/2008 For: ligne sofa	excellent experience. pick up in brooklyn, ny and then delivery in tennessee went great. picked up and delivered as agreed to and especially the delivery came about 30 mintues early. the crew of two unloaded and loaded onto one of our all-terrain 4 wheeler motor vehicles and one of them rode with me on that up to the house which is way back ( about 1/2 mile) on a farm. very kind about doing this which was a bonus. ligne sofa- great shape!! Response from pacemoving: Very good customer.Communication was perfect.Everything went smooth.
