My furniture was shipped from Dallas to Colorado with the full understanding that the Colorado house was 8 miles down a dirt road and not accessible by a semi. Skylexfreight refused to come down the dirt road and demanded I find another place for my furniture to be delivered or "he would leave it on the side of the road". I had it delivered to my builders home and then rented a U-Haul the next day to move it myself down the dirt road. Not a great experience!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
The service provider insisted on payment up front, then did not show up when scheduled, did not return phone calls nor emails to let me know what was going on.
Finally today after my 6th contact attempt I reached him and he acted as if he didn't know who I was nor what shipment he had agreed to send. He said he would refund my fee when he returns to the office in 3 days. I won't hold my breath.
Please see all of the negative feedback about this shipper. You may want to remove him.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Do not use this service provider. Very unprofessional. I was very flexible on dates, but advised him that I needed my items removed before my lease was up. He did not show up at the expected date, and never called me to keep me updated. I called him repeatedly. I spoke with him at 2:30 p.m. on the day my lease was up and he confirmed he would arrive that night (4 days later than the initial pick-up date given). At 5:30 p.m. on that same day he told me he would be another 2-3 days.

Service provider required payment in full before setting a DATE to pick up shipment. Would not agree to payment (by cash, check, or credit card) on the date of pick-up.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
As nice and accommodating as skylex freight was, I got word that my grandmother's health was failing her and reluctantly had to cancel my agreement with skylex. Even after the wonderful owner gave me several great options to consider, I was sad to have to cancel due mainly to financial constraints on my end. However, I know I will be contacting skylex freight as soon as I can gather up some more finances to proceed with my move but at this time my priority is seeing my grandmother.
