Rating: Cancellation Left for: aandemoving71 (9) On: 3/13/2008 For: 3 piece apartment couch and small dining table	I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have tried to call a total of 10 times prior to and following my scheduled move date last week, as well as a number of emails. I still have not received any phone calls back. The move did not take place and I have received no response by phone or email. They were very communicative while bidding, but then went silent once they were awarded the work. The date slipped one time (to the scheduled date last week), and then they were not reachable and non responsive to my messages.

They were on time, even with horrible weather in the midwest, responded to every email immediately, returned every phone call, responded to requests for some additional help and did exactly what they said they would do.
