In general I was satisfied with the shipping that was arranged. Once the shipment was actually picked up, everything went very smoothly. However, the provider promised that the shipment would be picked up on a certain date, but this failed to happen. That meant that I spent a whole extra day away from work, waiting for the shipment to be picked up, because the provider didn't make sure that the details were properly arranged. I was disappointed with that aspect of his service.
