Horrible -called me when awarded then in Aug to confirm pickup info. called sender to schedule time/date & was told sender had no cellphone and had to drive 1.5 hours to pickup location. she waited 3 hours -no show, shipper had left message at her house 30 minute before scheduled pickup they needed to reschedule. Left multiple messages over several days -no callback. Finally got John on the phone -promised he would pick up "personally". Never heard from again, no one called back. Unprofessional.

Hi, we are sadden to see that you were unhappy that we could not get a hold of your pick up location. Thank you for admitting that your pick up location did not have a phone. Communication is key to a successful pick up and when our driver cannot get a hold of someone for a pick up this is not only frustrating to you but we have lost money on this shipment for prebooking your services for that truck that could not get picked up. Thank you anyway and good luck.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Tried to contact shipper via phone and left message prior to pickup to confirm and got no response. Tried again after agreed upon pickup date had passed and was told that he had to cancel due to family emergency and forgot to cancel online.
