Didn't communicate well. Said they gave 15 hours advance b4 arriving. They arrived a day late at DARK only 30 minutes notice! Was not equipped with winch to load car, didn't have ramps to unload, driver stowed a mountain bike in my car! It arrived with contents messed up and rare door panel ripped (was perfect when loaded). Originally nicely said he'd take care of it and was appalled, later quit communicating & refuses to deal with it.
Can NOT recommend! Seller warned me when he saw it loaded!!
