This customer was very difficult. The person that tendered his shipment was not available for pick-up, as the customer indicated. The customer moved during the shipment and expected me to know that he had moved. He gave me negative feedback although I did try to accomodate him as much as possible. I charged his credit card the date that his items were delivered. Thanks Hiram

Response from skhatri: I told him at day one that the person, where the shipment has to be picked up, is available 9 and after 6 on weekdays and 24 hours on weekend. Hiram called him once, could not reach him, dint leave a message, and then forgot everything. Then after 8-10 days, when I called Hiram, and asked, what happened, he said the person was not available. I said, did you leave voice message, he said no! And It was surprising. He was not bothered much at all. It took one month for me to get the shipment.
