I booked for May 22 as earliest pick up, carrier contacted me wanting to pick up vehicle sooner and with less than 24 hours notice saying that the agreement allowed carrier "within 7 days plus or minus" of customers stated earliest date!? Felt somewhat pressured but I refused - it turned it was still 8 days pior to my stated earliest pick up date - the booking agent reluctantely accepted. The subcontracter who actually transported the vehicle was very helpful - worked hard - good communication.

Please reveiw our bid details. We catered to this customers very demanding (and outside the scope of our bid details) schedule and we still delivered the vehicle before the deadline. Customer requested that the vehicle be delivered to Miami between the 22nd and 28th. Customer refused to allow us to pick up the unit before the 22nd even though our bid entailed pick up before. After DAILY conversation with shipper, we picked up the units after the 22nd and delivered them on the 27th of May.
