All service providers beware: Mr Kawakami is the sort of person, you can't do anything right for. We moved his bike enclosed from Boston to Georgia and not a scratch on it. But he left feedback wich is utter nonsense. His claims are ridiculous.The driver is well liked by the customers as other feedback documents. Had he not removed the keys, we could have ridden the bike up the driveway, but he expects the driver to push it up an 8% incline in the pouring rain.Lots of demands,paid late.

I will repeat--the experience would have been POSITIVE except for how the driver reacted at the point of delivery. Yes, we faced difficulty in moving the bike to the receiver's garage. Joe, if you are reading this, the problem was how you overreacted at delivery (and similarly, how you responded my feedback) Remeber, it took me a long time to calm you down to work out an alternative. It scared the receiver's wife. Lastly, I paid in full before the delivery. Please don't misrepresnt me.
