Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services

I am quite disappointed with the entire experience. I am sure there are reputable shippers out there, but this shipper made me rethink about using uShip again. I particularly did not enjoy being caught in a middle of a dispute between Kendan and another shipper who stored my motorcycle without my conscent or knowledge. For several days, neither party claimed to know its location. Police were reportedly called and I considered legal acation. Be extra cautious when you pick your shipper!

All service providers beware: Mr Kawakami is the sort of person, you can't do anything right for. We moved his bike enclosed from Boston to Georgia and not a scratch on it. But he left feedback wich is utter nonsense. His claims are ridiculous.The driver is well liked by the customers as other feedback documents. Had he not removed the keys, we could have ridden the bike up the driveway, but he expects the driver to push it up an 8% incline in the pouring rain.Lots of demands,paid late.

I will repeat--the experience would have been POSITIVE except for how the driver reacted at the point of delivery. Yes, we faced difficulty in moving the bike to the receiver's garage. Joe, if you are reading this, the problem was how you overreacted at delivery (and similarly, how you responded my feedback) Remeber, it took me a long time to calm you down to work out an alternative. It scared the receiver's wife. Lastly, I paid in full before the delivery. Please don't misrepresnt me.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services ***Request refund per e-mail exchange with Mr. Nathan Starr*** The pick up occurred on June 26. I had some scheduling problems with the shipper which prevented its delivery a week after the pick up. Several promises to deliver the motorcycle was made, but the delivery did not take place, nor did I receive a firm ETA. I have been attempting to contact the shipper via uShip listed e-mail (ten times) and phone numbers (countless), but the response has been non-committal. The bike is MIA.

The pick up was 1 day late. The experience would have been ok except for an "incident" at delivery. The driver has a short temper. He scared the receiver's wife whe he complained uncontrollably that he can't push the bike to the receiver's gargage (steep driveway, no key to ride it up) We calmly proposed the driver to wait a few minutes while we secured help. He refused to listen. The agreement was eventually made, but it took 30 min and many repeated calls to calm him down.

Only after we declined MR. Kawajami's request to move the bike back to Boston due to his personality did he leave this feedback which is utter nonsense. He expects the driver to push the Motorcycle up an 8% incline driveway in the pouring rain, because he had removed the keys at pickup. We did an excellent job, not a scratch on the bike, enclosed transport. Mr. K. is the sort of person, you can't do anything right for. I had a good conversation with the receiving lady, she wasn't scared.
