I think having major breakdown expenses, & having lost nearly three weeks of shipping time in July due to this misfortune, qualifys as much more than an excuse. Although we notified them of our delivery window, they refused a reasonable del. time, & we had to layover inAtlanta for more than 15 Hrs. to del. to them. For being so anxious to receive thier machine, they acted like we were more like a Pizza delivery service-gotta be there in 30 minutes, or..Did give them $225. off for the trouble!
