Rating: Cancellation Left by: shipHAlogistics (29 ) On: 12/12/2008 For: Cat 225B Crawler Excavator	Customer no longer needs their item(s) shipped this customer failed to cancel prior to my truck purchasing a permit and reporting to the shipper to pick up the load. upon his arrival the freight was not available. I am due reimbursement for permit cost and truck ordered not used charges
Rating: Cancellation Left by: kartow (32 ) On: 11/10/2008 For: Cat 225B Crawler Excavator	The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it load was listed as 24 feet long 8feet 6 inchs wide and weight at 52000.00 lbs we arrived at pick up point to find it was 32 feet long 11feet 2 inchs wide and weight of 59,850 lbs and 11 feet tall not 10 feet as listed

Rating: Cancellation Left by: seeayeb (254 ) On: 3/12/2008 For: cat crawler dozer d8h	The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it When the truck showed up to pick up the dozer, he discovered that the machine was 9'6" wide and had a digger attached to the machine which not only extended the length, but the weight as well. Customer assured me he had investigated permits and none were needed, but upon further investigation, we discovered this particular load would need over-width and overweight permits. I do not feel comfortable doing business with this person any longer and wish to cancel this match.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: shipHAlogistics (29 ) On: 12/12/2008 For: Cat 225B Crawler Excavator	I no longer need my item(s) shipped no longer needed Response from shipHAlogistics: This shipper double booked the load, I dispatched a truck for the pickup and purchased the oversize permit, to find out a fellow broker had done the same thing as he was told he had the load before this shipper accepted my bid. I stepped aside and requested a truck ordered not used fee and reimbursement for the permit but was never paid.
