I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After having to reschedule because of the shippers inability to meet the first scheduled pickup the Service provider then missed the second pickup too with no forewarning. Since then I have called and left numerous voicemails and emails with no reply. My deposit was accepted and I have no idea about getting that reimbersed since this tsp has not contacted me and is no longer a registered member.
