AWFUL. One elderly, overweight man did pick-up with no equipment to load a complete hardwood dining set (extension table, chairs, 60" buffet, hutch & glass doors). Nothing *wrapped* as requested. I emailed concern & was reassured, but the same one guy did delivery, and, again, without equipment. Everything was scratched, and a leg on buffet arrived broken. Did not do inside assembly as requested. I emailed for full or partial refund, but no response. Really bad. AVOID!!!
