The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped.
We will accept the cancellation, however, this was not a scheduling conflict. Shipper called & requested a change in destination from Florida to N. Carolina stating person accepting delivery had immagration trouble. We juggled things around and accomodated his request. After we did all that, He called again and needed to cancel for another reason stating wife left him & took vehicle. We understand life happens & wish him the best, however, just wanted this to show the correct reason for cancella
