About the Company: Small Dogs Rescue strives to find the right home for your pet or the right pet for your home. We receive owner surrendered dogs that need to be rehomed and find the best suited family for that animal. All of our dogs are fully vaccinated, groomed and receive a health certificate from the vet within 10 days before travel. We provide crate, food, travel toys, bedding, and collars, tags and leashes as required to make transporting the animals as easy as possible. We pay all shipping fees at pickup.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: lwoodward20 (54 ) On: 4/12/2009 For: Montana Bound	There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I had two shipments listed with a book it now intended to reflect amount of $500 for both shipments. this carrier booked one for $1000 and the other for $500. I talked to him, he said he would cancel. He has cancelled one but not this one and I do not intend to ship with him at all. Response from lwoodward20: This was sender error and just another book-it-now leads to another cancellation on my record I know they dont care about there feedback but people that are trying to build a strong name for there business get this on there feedback and maybe if she took the time to answer question instead of just listing pets with book it nows and the way she did it is against uship policy for trying to combine additionall shipments with it and it just go to show dont use the book it now cause it goin 2 cancel

Response from lwoodward20: both of these 2 new cancellations are from 1 shipper listing 3 dogs with there each book it now and then i booked 2 of dogs whe wanted me to move all 3 dogs for 500 2700 miles and then tried to add additional dogs to the listing and go against uship policy on trying to save on booking fees
