We tried to deliver the item listed but on delivery location we didn't have room to take it upstairs.We have the item in our storage.We didn't charge additional to bring it to our facility but we charging for storage-very low orice till customer will provide us with another location or till the customer will take it himself.WE keep in touch with each other.Over all we have good and positive experiance.
