I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Poor to nonexistent communication. Numerous emails and phone calls to shipper were not returned. Shipper requested 50% of the bid prior to picking up the vehicle. In summary, the net result is that the vehicle has sat in the pickup location for over a month, was never picked up, and I am back to square one in terms of making arrangements to have the vehicle shipped.
