I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period I booked this shipment via 'Book it now' yesterday late night. I tried to call him this morning couple of times - no answer (left a message though). The reasoning this gentleman used to request of cancelation is wrong! I can accomodate this delivery, and I'm using a trailer (not driveaway). I don't want to speculate what may happen, but I strongly disagree with his reasons for cancelation. Russell

Herman was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend him. He delivered the truck on time and communicated well.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I don't have anything negative to say about this provider. The reason I need to cancel is because I don't want to put mileage on the car. I need it put on a trailer.

Reasoning is false, and has nothing to do with true matter of things. I offered trailer delivery, not a driveaway, and I can accomodate this delivery. I booked it using 'Book it now', unsuccessfully tried to reach customer over the phone (left a message). Let's be honest, people
