A few days late due to snow but the experience was good. Communication was good except no one informed me the shipment was delayed I had to ask.

Lets just say this cost double what it was originally bid for!!!! After talking with Matt all was good got the engine to the shipping dock it was picked up on time but once they had it the weight was wrong a broker was needed and all this while the shipment was on the way. I contacted Canada customs before ever shipping and was told that if it was a used motor there will be no problem as long as the documentation accompanied the shipment. Cost me an extra 600.00 for his lack of experience.

This is an unfortunate feedback. The customer was upset with Wade Shipping for circumstances out of our control. He did not set up a broker that I and the carrier instructed him was required and also that the shipment was not the correct weight that the quote was based on. I instructed Darren twice before shipment was ever set up to contact a broker and he insisted he did not need to. I tried to keep Darrens cost to a minimun and the majority of his additional cost was the broker not W.S.S

Matt was outstanding. He was really responsive, proactive by both phone and email. He was always helpful. Our motorcycle arrived when he said it would and in the exact same shape it left Seattle in. I will recommend Wade Shipping to anyone who's looking to ship a motorcycle.
