Thank you for choosing Ship With JLA. I have more than 20 years experience in the commercial trucking industry and run a small family business. We have experience with boats, motorcycles and various other trailers. I realize the need for communication, courtesy, dependability, and straight-forwardness on both professional and personal levels. The goal for my business is to offer fair rates for my customers and safe transportation for what ever cargo I may be carrying. I do possess both cargo and liability insurance and have obtained a motor carrier authority, which is necessary for legal "for hire" transport. My towing vehicle is a 2003 Dodge 2500 diesel pickup and is well maintained. I can tow either pull behind or gooseneck trailers and have several of my own boat trailers available. The bike took a bit longer because the driver’s transmission broke, but the driver and his wife were very friendly and were always communicating with me and they had a very fast response time on emails. Overall, I would recommend this service to anyone, especially because of communication and price. Some minor scratches but it can happen on an open bed truck. Would love to do business again!

Unfortunately, it did take longer because of a transmission failure. We did, however, get another truck dispatched as soon as we could. We take photos of all items prior to loading while owner present and the scratches were already there. We try very hard to not to have these kind of issues by doing a pre-trip inspection/documentation/photos and taking every precaution we can while in transit. This matter has been resolved with no fault on our part.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I deem it very very unfair i still am getting charged a percentage of the transaction and the job was not even completed. ive never had a transporter call someone a couple hours ahead and expect for them to work around the transporters schedule and just leave a shipment. that is not customer service at all. also failed to say the motorcycle could of been picked up before eleven thirty a.m. Or after 4 p.m.. i am extremely dissatisfied with the aervice all around. I didnt even get a phone call
