He kept in constant contact with the customer. The customer became belligerent with driver. Cursing and threatening driver, he did not feel comfortable in facing the customer.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider he missed pickup 2 times never showed driver called me drunk and told me he didnt wanna work for company n said he was driving back to georgia company said he sent anpother driver that he got the other one arrested and new driver didnt show either scary..... i need my shipment picked up this cost me a week
