The time I was able to reach the customer, he was about to have a liver transplant operation and understandably he wasn't sure when they'd be ready to ship. I haven't been able to reach him for a few weeks now, and extend my sincere best wishes to Jose for a successful transplant and full recovery!

Cancelled because actual delivery was more than 20 miles beyond destination city across salt desert with no roads--could not accomodate at bid price, however gave shipper time to select alternate carrier and a solid referral for a carrier who agreed to accomodate. I spoke with this customer multiple times over a four day period, I promised to pickup within 7 days but after 5 days was still unsuccessful. That was on Friday, so I called customer, he did not answer so I left him a message. When he called me back I was unavailable, so he left me a message. "Phone Tag" I apologized and recommended we cancel in my last msg.

Cust made a check direct to carrier in canadian funds when we had already agreed to wire transfer in US Funds. He did square up on money, but just wasn't easy to work with.
