The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
We arrived at the site and were told that we were unable to put our truck into the site and a tow truck would have to be called. Then we were told that it would not help calling the tow truck because the truck was not operable. (We were told the truck was operable). The last thing is that the keys were not even there, there was no way to load the truck at all. We went through all the routes and were stopped at each one. The customer told us that the truck was reachable and operable; we were out
