We are a happily married middle-aged couple living in Fort Worth Texas area. We both love animals. I am the office manager at a lawn care franchise and my husband is a building contractor. We own 4 cats, 3 were rescues. We have 3 daughters. Two live in Portland OR. The middle one is studying to be a vet and has rescued three cats and volunteers at the zoo, humane society and a local vet office. The oldest girl is married and works in the apparel industry in Portland and has one rescue dog. Our youngest has rescued two dogs and lives with us in Texas. We visit Portland 1-2 times a year and love it there. We moved to Texas from beautiful Iowa (where we both grew up) in 2005. The people in Texas are wonderful but we can't wait to retire to Portland where we can all be together again. Thank you and God Bless.
