The pieces were expensive and fragile and he was extremely careful and everything arrived perfectly. He forgot to leave some hardware, but mailed it priority, I received them in a couple of days. I recommend him most highly and would use him again with no hesitation!

The barstools were picked up Thursday in MA and by Monday I had an email from Overstock that they had issued my credit for the return. Kevin was responsive, helpful and very informative to a doubting 1st time Ushipper. My rating for Kevin is A++. Use him with confidence!
