The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Service provider is unable to load my truck on his tow vehicle due to rain and the conditions of the tires on my truck. The theads on the tires on my trucks are worn out, which make it difficult for my truck to be loaded on the tow vehicle. He recommended me using a low boy.

I was very pleased with shane's professional service, and would highly recommend his services to others. In addition, he used great care when securing my tractor to his trailer, using both chains and nylon securing straps. He unloaded my tractor, and even gave me a quick period of instruction. *Shane also carries up to $100,000 of insurance at no additional charge. It appears that only a few shippers do that. I was also pleased with his large gooseneck trailer, and truck.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment provider works a full time job and can't get to boat storage until 7 at night----storage facility closes at 6-----meaning he wouldn't be able to deliver until 1 in the morning at my warehouse even if he could pick it up

Third party agreed to meet with me after storage hours to let me pickup the day before then the day of came about and said he didn't have time for me. I planned on delivery next day not same night at 1 in the morning

First experience I've had shipping through uship and very happy with the experience. Shane was a great person and did a great job. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
