Thomas went above and beyond to get my boat loaded and delivered. Although I had difficulty with loading my boat, Thomas assisted to complete the load using his truck and did the same at the delivery site. He communicated throughout the entire 1200+ miles. I won this forklift on an ebay auction and it was located out of State.Service provider went to the location to pick up forklift with a trailer. Seller of forklift said there was a problem with the kind of ramps that were on the trailer and that forklift would get no traction and would not be able to be loaded that way. They do have a standard dock as well but this would have been to high for the trailer.I am sure service provider tried his best but was unable to load forklift.It is unfortunate View Listing
