A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I apologize for not being able to WORK out my schedule to be there in DELAWARE.To meet p/u location.They needed to drive 2hrs to meet. I tried to meet the-1-2hr scheduled time.DID NOT HAPEN.!!UNFORESEEN traffic in NJ/NY. i couldn't meet FAMILY before they had to leave heading back home 2hrs.YES I WAS 45minuites LATE.I can back UP NORTH NOW in JULY 20-23rd we talk again 2 schedule P/U next few wks.i did not Think it was SET for ONE day again. and yes I think another provider may have to help A

Thanks so much to Mike. He kept in touch and was very fast at getting my shipment to me. Would certainly use him again in the future. My first try at moving this hideabed was not so good so I was a little worried about trying it again. Everything worked like a charm. Again, thanks Mike!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I agreed for USAshippingforless to handle the move of my Hideabed Sofa and he was to pick it up the beginning of June. He did not and did not contact me. I made several attempts to contact him and he kept promising he would do the pick up. I contacted him again a week ago and he promised to pick it up either Tuesday or Thursday last week. Have heard nothing and don't expect to hear from him. Please cancel my shipment with this shipper and refund the monies I have paid. This experience h

i try very hard to work around the 2 days during the week THERE family member was able to meet me at P/U location when THE family member was going to be in that same town and 2times i scheduled or tried my best to get to are/location during the SET HRS and SET DAYS but travel and delivery stops made me late both times we called and she agreed to a BIT more flexible dates with advance notice SO i planed to p/u in 1-2 weeks after we TALKED then i see a CANCELLATION we TRY ??? to make it RIGHT.EAR
