After talking to the customer on friday and requesting the pickup and delivery info both on the phone and on email i can not get any response back. I called six times in four days and sent three emails. I held up my driver for an extra day and all for an $80 shipment. That is why I can not do this shipment. If I was making this run regularly I would do it next time but I do not go to Miami FL normally. Thanks Mark

I booked this twice and I need to cancel one of the bookings so I can get back the deposit that was paid twice for one shipment. This is just a computer mistake on my part and I booked one shipment to be delivered twice and had to pay two deposits. Thanks and I will try not to make that error again.
