Marcus and his team were wonderful in arranging everything and communicating with us from Dallas to Ottawa, and in keeping my anxiety level down. Unfortunately, some of the shipment was badly damaged due to water leakage and things are still drying out; Marcus has told me he will make things right - I'm hoping for a positive outcome so that I can repost and say that my overall experience has been very positive! But still waiting ...

Hi there, I informed you that the load would go in an open truck, and we both knew that we took a chance with the weather. Even though not my fault I felt bad for you and refunded you some money as agreed. I feel I did everything I could to do and make this right, and we both took a chance when we decided to ship furniture almost 2000 miles on an open truck. You told me you would change your feedback once I issued you a refund, I did refund you money as agreed, still waiting for updated feedback
