I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment.
I waited from 8:30 PM on the 13th Untill 1:30 AM
on the 15th customer was supposed to return at 5:00PM on 14th and be at her office around 7:PM I called several times and left messages, But didn"t hear from her . after waiting till 1:00AM I had to leave so I wouldn't be late for my other Shipment..

The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
I have talk to the man that sold the unit and told him to call me when the unit could be picked up I have been by twice and he still has not been able to tell me who is going to load this. the shipment was 12.6 tall and was stated by the sell as 11 ft. Shipping was through another party and I'm sorry I should have called them instead of the seller...Jim

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services.
Item was not ready to ship on first attempt. We spoke with pick up location to arrange pick up on Weds AM. Pickup location has been notified as well as the receiver on scheduling.

Response from sellitontheinternet: This company brokered out my shipment. Their first attempt, as they claim, was messed up by them, not me. The driver was confused over the loading. I responded by offering the owner of the backhoe $100 to load it. After all, I paid over $600 for the shipment, loading was to be included but I was willing to pay more just to get it done. I emailed and called Appalachian Logistics and offered to split the $100 with them. They did not respond to my email and the voicemail was full.
