Being a broker there was another company(Thomas Transport) that picked up the unit. It took from the 8th until the 18th to deliver it. They told RMA it was done even though it wasnt. We previously had 2 shippers arrive to pick up this shipment with the wrong equipment, the shipment was late and were not happy. Chuck was very -professional jumped right in and handled everything. A truck (with the RIGHT equipment was here the next morning and the shipment was delivered without incident. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.
