The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the searunner 35 would not take the boat as he said that his tires would not take the load, and then it was to late to send with another truck yours Paul Clark

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider could not offer the service and he has not been picking my calls after sending him the original title of the truck and the outstanding amount of $684+($16 for contigengy)= $700.00 Response from searunner: We were told they would load the truck onto our trailer. The yard then said they were not able to and the truck would not run so after going all the way down there to pick up after confirming with the owner they could not load us.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Searunner emailed the day before the scheduled pickup to tell us that there was a death in the family and we would not be able to pick up or provide an alternate date. He subsequently confirmed that he would not pick up the boat even when we suggested we that we negoitiate another date.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The agreement was for my boat to be picked up within 14 days of contract acceptance. Searunner Has not only not done so but is unable to give me a difinitive schedule. Kepping my boat where it is now located is costing me $50.00 per day and I can't have John Mirschel stick me with that expense on an "I'll get around to it sometime" basis. I think u-ship should suspend him as a provider. Response from searunner: Shipment schedule was to be flexible then after accepting he told me he was going to have to pay extra to keep there and wanted me to move it right away and I was not able to. He should have expressed the urgency in the listing and not labled it flexible.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This service provider is terrible with attention to detail. After the bid was awarded we tried numerous times to contact the provider . To no avail. After roughly a week we talked after emails went unanswered . We were ask if we understood the provider would take roughly 30 days . Did not have a problem as long as we knew they would follow through . We asked the provider to call the shipping point to make sure your they understood hours and days of pick up . Which was done only a few days ago . Response from searunner: Was in contact with shipper constantly and contacted the shipping point within 5 minutes of him giving us the info. They did not inform us that they were going to close the 18th to the 4th of January.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I delayed shipping to accommodate the hauler and then he didn't show on the day agreed upon and tried to reschedule three days later, which was not acceptable.
